Welcome! I'm Stewart Murphy, an experienced English teacher specializing in online classes for adults and professionals.

My online classes are practical, interactive, and focused on real-life communication situations. From one-on-one executive coaching sessions to dynamic small groups, I help students across Europe (and beyond) develop their skills in a flexible and supportive environment—all from the comfort of their own homes.
What are my online classes like ?
Learning with me isn't just about listening to an explanation and that's it.
In each class, you speak, practice real-life situations, and leave with clear ideas to apply in your work from day one.
This is how a typical session works:
Warm-up (5–10 min): We start by talking about your week, your meetings, emails, or real-life situations in English. I identify your most significant mistakes and your needs for the day.
Real situation (15–25 min): We do an activity based on your professional world: a meeting, a call with a client, a presentation, an interview or an informal conversation with colleagues. Key language (15–20 min): We work on the English you really need: vocabulary from your sector, phrasal verbs, typical expressions, grammar and pronunciation corrections, always connected with the previous activity.
Feedback and next step (5–10 min): We summarize the key points, I correct your most important mistakes and give you a mini-task to use English in your daily life before the next class.
